To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrideTask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors or omissions in the Service
• Third-party actions or content
• Security breaches or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StrideTask and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content to provide the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
